This apartment has great workability and is centrally located to all that Oakwood and downtown Raleigh have to offer.! Across the street from the Oakwood cemetery, you will find the Porch Parlor! Situated next to a community garden this charming street and home will be adored by everyone. The historic preservation of this building has been wonderful! Stepping onto the porch, you will want to just sit and relax. Enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening. As you enter the home you will love the 10 foot ceilings , incredible light, woodwork and more, along with a large open living space. Please make sure you add your fur baby onto the reservation to add the pet fee! There is no smoking of any kind of allowed on the property. There will be a $250 fine if there is found to be any smoking on the property. There is free street parking. There is always parking available and there’s a small community park next-door to the property. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Lots of people walking around constantly and very family-friendly.
